Terms of Service

Accounts are for adults only: coaches, team administrators, parents, and legal guardians. Children under 13 do not hold accounts and cannot sign in. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

A player profile is a non-login record on a team roster. Coaches create and maintain rosters; parents and legal guardians link to their own child using a coach-issued 6-character invite code. By linking, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may unlink at any time, and you may request export or deletion of your child's data at any time.

Coaches agree to record observations that are constructive and appropriate for a youth setting, to share invite codes only with the correct family, and to reset or revoke a code if it reaches the wrong person. Coaches must not upload media of a player when the player's family has asked them not to.

CoachSync uses AI to summarize notes, propose practice points, and build development roadmaps from athletic performance data. AI output is a suggestion, not an evaluation: a coach reviews and approves anything that affects a player's points or standing. Do not treat CoachSync output as medical, psychological, or safety advice.

Do not attempt to access another family's or another team's data, share your account credentials, upload unlawful or harassing content, or scrape the service. We may suspend an account that does.

CoachSync is in active beta. Features may change or be removed, occasional interruptions are expected, and you may be asked for feedback. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service — which during the beta is nothing.
